Probably one of the most enjoyable restaurant experiences in my latest vacation. I'm proud to say this was how I introduced my family to the IHOP chain.
Seated promptly, waitress was helpful and attentive. Pancakes were delicious. Would rate 5 stars if they had real maple syrup.
Great service and great food. I was surprised how fast it came out. I love how the waiters/waitresses support their pro football team on game days.
This was one of the worst experience I ever had, We are table for 4 and No one asked for water for first 20 minutes after we arrived there. Later they took order and din’t even cared to serve food after 1 hour. We wer so hungry and the management was so careless to serve food. We almost wasted 90 minutes of our time there waiting for food. Please take care about your service and make sure you have enough waitress to address people while they are waiting for your service.
An overall positive experience! The staff deserved every bit of the large tip left.
Came in before Black Friday and waited forever to be seated at 4am with not many ppl in restaurant. Was told that they only sold certain menu items depending on what night of the week it was. So therefore I could not get a salad bc it wasn't the correct day. I ordered the beef tips medium and they came very well done and my server never came back we even had to go to the register to ask to pay bc we never received our check.
The restaurant was clean. Restroom included. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food was amazing. The wait was reasonable. The dining room was not cramped and there was ample parking outside.
