Will NEVER go back. Tried to go in for lunch, at first the person that was supposed to be taking our order said he couldn't hear, so my husband spoke up, he walked away to grab the meat and asked another employee to "deal" with our order. Both seemed to have attitudes. Neither were helpful, friendly or welcoming in anyway. We ended up walking out and eating elsewhere. This is not the first time we have experienced bad service at this location. The location in Crab Orchard is much better and well worth the small drive just for better service.
Just stopped in to grab some okra and pulled pork and had a wonderful experience! I work at a Dickeys BBQ in Alabama and I am in town visiting friends. I was happy to see that the food is just as good and the staff was wonderful and helpful! I will definately be back!
The food was great. The evening staff were pleasant and professional. The dining area was clean and neat. Good overall experience.
"Salad" consists of lettuce cheese and crutons. No to go cups for water. No lids for water cups. Poor experience staff is not helpful.
Beckley WV store 1002 Eisenhower drive. Service was terrible. Walked in for lunch with my wife. Upon entering the store we had to wait for 5 plus minutes even while employees was in the back talking and goofing off. When someone finally came to take our order, they was rude stated he was unable to hear me, I spoke up he looked at his co-worker told him to "deal" with us that he couldn't.
The 10 minute extra drive is so worth it for the store in Lester. Have gone there multiple times, chose to go to the one in beckley due to being close to work and was limited on time.
