I am currently sitting at Cook Out and my family just finished our dinner. We love cook out! We recently moved to the area from Huntington and we were so excited to see a Cookout here in Beckley! The food was delicious, fast, fresh, and a great value! If you have never been to cookout, it’s a fast food restaurant with better than fast food taste! For $4.99 you can get a burger, chicken sandwich, 2 quesadilla or one of their other main dish option, TWO sides (onion rings, fries, wraps, chicken nuggets, etc options), a drink! When we are on a tight budget, Cook out is our choice!
I have never seen a manager take such good care of their customers before! He was extremely nice and also apologetic, keep guys like this around and you will have a great business!

I went to grab a quick bite today after work around 5:30, they were super busy but treated me great! Gave me time to decide what I wanted without hurrying me along. My cashier was the sweetest young man and and actually gave me recommendations (this was my first time eating here), he was very polite and seemed as if he had been working there for years even though he looked so young... well, then I received my food and wasn't very pleased my chicken was a little hard so I asked for another, a nice young man walked over, one of managers I believe his name was Gary.
I've only been here a few times. The first time I went was because I had heard so many people rave about their food. Needless to say, I wasn't that thrilled with the food. The only thing I really liked was their milkshakes and they weren't the best I've had either. I'll probably never go back unless it's to please the person I'm dining with because the prices are cheap especially for big eaters/foodies.
I love this place. Food is great and shakes are amazing but still cheap. My favorite fast food joint!
