Our waitress, Dominique, was very attentive. However, our food took an inordinately long time to get to us and the orders were incorrect on two of the dishes. There were no tomatoes or onions on my daughter's Wildfire salad. My granddaughter did not get her grilled cheese but she got grilled chicken instead. She had to wait for the grilled cheese which was not grilled completely. We went out of our way to come to this location as the first one we went to by where we were staying had no one greet us after 10 minutes of standing there. I cannot recommend either Bob Evans locations in the Beckley area.
Usually order a family meal to go. Always courteous, polite, & fast. Don't have to wait very often. Food is Always good. I never have a complaint. I will always use this specific Bob Evans to go to. Awesome!
Wait staff was very nice, food was delicious.
We had the turkey lunch special. It was great and cranberry sauce was delicious. Great sized portion.Everything was superb! The drinks however are crazy priced like everywhere, all I had was coffee and was charged over $2.00!
