We have not taken delivery yet on our mattresses we purchased but Justin and his team made the in store experience a pleasure. The team was very professional and helpful.
Was a 5 star rating. Delivered my bed on time. Supposed to get a tv with purchase. Found out I have to go to best buy, hour and a half away for me, to get it or pay to have it shipped to my home. Was never told this upon purchase. Called in about it and was offered no resolution. May not seem like much, but it was enough to make my next three planned mattress purchases be made elsewhere.
The salesmen are friendly and very knowledgeable about their inventory. They know the questions to ask to find what mattress "feel" is right for you. Accomadating as well! Willing to work with you to find a great deal! Justin, the store manager, was amazing. I highly recommend!
