Of all the Holiday inn I have stayed at this one struck me as the most.... Standard. The staff would not go out of the way to help, but they were not rude. The rooms were clean and nice, but you could tell the maintenance and cleaning were just doing their job. I don't have many complaints about the hotel other than I have learned to love how IHG hotels normally strive to be above the rest, and this one seemed to settle with average.
My family stopped here passing threw. It was perfect. Clean, comfy and very friendly staff. We plan on making this our place to stay when we pass threw every year.
Cindy was great checking us in; Trina makes an incredible Appletini & refreshing drinks - excellent bartender; breakfast was fantastic off the menu & hats off to the waitress who did it all - greet you, serve you, & cleared all the tables! Amazing service. The rooms were nice & only reason not a 5 was the noise levels both in hallways, outside, & above you some heavy foot person.
Good place to stay. Have stayed here several times. Rooms are clean - toilet and shower work. Staff are pleasant. Access to hotel parking is tricky if you are not paying attention. Food at the on-site restaurant KEM's is tasty and service is good.

We were here during the bridge day festivities... Which we knew nothing about! The first two hotels were booked full, and this place only had 3 rooms left! They were super busy at the front desk, and still managed to provide us with exceptional service! We were happy to be there, and we will definitely stay here on our next time through! The staff provided a great friendly atmosphere, top notch quick service, and the facilities we're very clean! The breakfast wasn't included, but worth the extra money!!
