Pretty simple hotel. Bathroom didn't have a lock. Very outdated. Did have an flat screen. Nice plus. All said and done, I slept very comfortable and it had everything required for a good night's rest.
This is a VERY BUDGET type of hotel room. You get what you pay for. If you paid the rate I did ($49 after taxes for 2 adults) then you cannot complain. If you're used to 150$ per night rooms then....move along. The front desk guy/teenager wasn't 100% welcoming but it was fairly late when we got in. Room was okay, but you can tell housekeeping is slacking as their was a tiny amount of hair in our tub and there was a toothpick between out sheets so I'm assuming they weren't changed. I've slept in dirtier houses of friends and family so it wasn't life altering. We didn't stay for the breakfast so I can't elaborate in it. Decent stay if you need some where to pop in overnight.
We arrived at 630AM after traveling 15 hours overnight. The manager had one room available, but graciously let us check in at the normal rate for the upcoming night. It was much appreciated. The room was clean. There were a few small repairs needed, but I was more than willing to overlook them thanks to the managers hospitality. The gentleman in charge of breakfast always made sure it was hot and stocked- even making fresh when we came down late. I would definately stay again!
Worst hotel service we ever experienced. Hotel maintenance came to fix our thermostat and help with a humming noise coming from our mini fridge, amongst some other broken items. Instead of him actually helping he expressed a very poor attitude and proceeded to tell me to go to the front desk and get my money back and leave. After driving 12 hours and it being dark, I really did not want to pack up and search for another hotel so we stayed, (our mistake). The next day I ate a crappy stale not so continental breakfast while the maintenance guy glared at us. I watched the manager walk in and saw him and the maintenance guy talk. I then went to talk to the manager about all of the issues we had experienced and before I could even finish he told me "I already heard about your night and you will NOT be getting your money back." Needless to say, I have never been treated so poorly by staff at a Hotel. The lack of cleanliness to the room was also a big negative. Do not stay at this disgusting monstrosity of a place.
The worse place I've ever considered stay. The front desk clerk basically trying to con us out of an extra 100$. This place is criminal; employed and occupied
