The people at check-in were great. From there it was downhill. We got a $30 pet fee that wasn't mentioned prior to the reservation, even though we called to make sure having a dog was ok. That wasn't great, but then the room was gross. The carpet, furniture and bedding was old and dingy, there was pink mold/mildew in the bathroom, there was only one light in the room, and the matress felt well worn. You could tell that the hotel hasn't been renovated in over a decade, I wouldn't even take off my socks it felt so dirty. We will not be back.
We had a great stay at Fairfield. Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms are big and comfy and have some nice amenities like a fridge and coffee pot. Would recommend.
Great people. Clean room. Suite fits a family of 5 great without meeting a second room and no air mat required.
Not what you’d expect of Marriott. Very small bathroom, old furniture and recycled beds, however only hotel pet friendly. Marriott needs to change this. We’d rather go somewhere else, but no options. Ugh.
Great place to stay when traveling with your pet. Good free breakfast in the morning. Close to a lot of restaurants. Highly recommend!
