We've stayed here numerous times while visiting Winterplace. It's close to many restaurants. Room was clean. Beds slept well. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast consists of waffles, cereals, breads, juices, and yogurt. If you want more than that there's several restaurants around..
The stay was really enjoyable, we got to there at midnight and they were able to get us our keys within seconds. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Really liked the carrot cake muffins, though the coffee wasn't that great and the orange juice had run out, but it seemed as though only one guy was manning everything, so he was doing his best. Definitely a good one night cheaper stay
Very nice and clean. Breakfast choices were limited but enough to hold you until you can get some real breakfast. There was always coffee whenever I wanted it. Overall, not a bad place to stay. No views but hey, it was Beckley, WV.
I loved my stay here, help desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and the bathroom was sparkling. Breakfast was great and all around a comfortable stay with things to go do and see in the area. Will definitely come back. 10/10
First time staying at at Microtel In, we were surprised at how nice it was. The room was nice. Along with the bed, we had a mini fridge and a sofa. Clean and comfortable. They have an exercise room and a pool. I did not get to use the pool. We would stay here again.
