Come here for lunch often. Get the soup and salad. Service was great.
Service here is always good. But Olive Garden in general has changed their menu so much that there isn't anything special about it anymore. I will always love their salads and bread sticks though. This place always seems clean and I am always greeted with a smile.
Food was good, restaurant was clean, service was terrible. We almost lucked out when a young lady brought our drinks but then Jason (our terrible server) reminded her our table was his. That's when the service went down hill. He forgot our Alfredo sauce and salad, he disappeared for long stretches, forgot to apply our coupon, left our food sitting under the heat lamp for too long and didn't bring the kids their mints. He also interrupted me a few times . It's hard to get an order correct if a server doesn't listen to what the customer wants. He was generally just very unorganized and forgetful. Food service seems to be the wrong job for him. Go to Olive Garden but be sure to NOT sit in Jason's section!
The food tastes great, but somehow I am sure that all of that pasta and the sauces and even the meat dishes are not healthy for me. My first visit to Olive Garden and Beckley was 2 weeks ago. As mentioned, the food tasted great. But I probably will not go back anytime soon. We did have a nice quiet table in an Alcove since we had such a large party. Service was great and the ambiance was what you would expect from a nice Italian restaurant.
My food is always great!... One star off because my wife is sometimes picky and didn't enjoy one of her dishes. Overall one of the more reliably good restaurants in Beckley.
