I would recommend this place to people who want to have a decent meal at a decent price. Daytime hours seem to be less busy and it is a great place to just relax and enjoy your food.
Waited 20 minutes for a beer in the bar. 10 people in the bar wondered why the parking lot was empty avoide this place
I have taken my daughters here twice. I have been here multiple times without them. The service varies. Most of the time it is great. I have had one experience with a bad waiter but I think it was probably his first and last day. I have seen it busy and yes, there is a difference in speed when busy vs not busy but it is understandable. I like the atmosphere and the clientele have always been nice. The employees have always been courteous and get us whatever we desire. They have always been quick to refill the drinks and the food seemed to come out quickly.
Good food good price if slow service.
Though the food was good, they were out of many things. I am vegan, and I rely on vegetables for my protein. However, they were out of avocados and did not tell us until after our order was already in. They were also out of bananas for my little brother. Holistically, it was an okay experience but not great for those of us with dietary restrictions.
My mom and I ate here and the service was bad and the food wasn't worth eating. The waitress would walk by and not ask us if we needed refills. Also the bathroom looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in forever as well as everywhere else in the restaurant. Had to wait over an hour on food that wasn't even good and was told I couldn't get what I ordered. If you want to eat at a good macado's go to the one in Bluefield at mercer mall or the one in Lexington VA.
