I'm very happy with the installation and the finished product. The installers had to deal with lousy weather and some 108 year old sash windows, but were professional throughout and worked very hard to finish the job.

Windows look great. Installation went smoothly. Friendly employees. Only reason not 5 stars is the scheduling of the appts was a little rough. Appts made and not kept, took a little longer than expected to get the windows installed. Would recommend Window Word to anyone.
