One of the hottest days this summer and our air conditioner quit working. Other shops told me to call back next week, but Childers put me on the list for the next day. Imagine how happy I was when the Childers' van pulled into my driveway that same evening at 4:30. The service repairman, David, was polite and really concerned about helping us get our air conditioner working as soon as possible. David went straight to work and had the problem diagnosed and repaired by 5PM. I am sure some employees at other companies would have gone back to the shop and waited out the clock. I was so impressed! It is a great company with professional employees that I will recommend to everyone I know.

EVERY TIME WE CALL THEY ARE PROMPT AND VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. NEVER HAVE HAD TO WAIT LONGER THAN 24 HOURS FOR A TECH TO ARRIVE.
