Staff did an excellent job with helping us select our home. We added several things to our home (9 foot ceilings, Upgraded kitchen, fire place, extra windows. Best part is they stand behind their product. Fixing items when they break or are not up to standard. Recommendation: ask a lot of questions...
We have been very happy with our home from Silverpoint. The home itself seems to be very good quality and we haven't had any major problems. I agree with one of the other reviews that service after the sale seems to move pretty slow, and that can be frustrating. But overall, I would certainly recommend Silverpoint to anyone interested in buying a modular home.
My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our home from Silverpoint. We had a tight deadline to meet in order to get the home built before our wedding. In just a little over 4 months, we were able to move into our home, and 1 month of that was getting all of the utilities connected. We were so very pleased that they were able to finish our home prior to the wedding. Gary was our salesman and was very nice and great to work with. The home is well constructed and I want to thank everyone who had a part in it. We have received numerous compliments from friends and family who absolutely love the house. We highly recommend Silverpoint to anyone interested in owning a brand new home.
I would highly recommend Silver Point Homes to anyone considering building a new home. The construction is top-notch and the quality is excellent. Our salesman, Gary, was very professional and great to work with. Even with a short time frame and inclement weather, the home was installed on time.

He was prompt to address any questions and concerns and even in these first few weeks when things are popping up that you don't notice in your walk thru, he is very quick to acknowledge and get the issue resolved by his team in a timely manner.
