I was four hours from home and another hour from my destination. I requested a quote for originally one tire. Unfortunately they didn't have the tire I was looking for, however JP hooked me up and I ended up buying two tires. Coming from a background of working on cars I've never had to be the one to wait on my car for service because I was always the one doing it. I felt at home. The showroom and waiting area was clean and neat, and since I not from here I had to give you guys a good review. Thanks. "Take it to a Tire Pro Shop" is what I'll tell the next person that need some service.
Excellent service with people knowing what to do. I was on and out within fifteen minutes from the time I pulled into the parking lot to the time I left. Very reasonable price ($10), to put a plug in. More importantly, the peace of mind of traveling, since I had eight more hours on the road. Thank you for your professionalism.

Everything was awsome, despite the wait time because they were so slammed with people --- until the very end. The lot was so full that my Jeep was parked so close to another car that I couldn't get in it. I called out to the mechanic that was laughing around with the driver of the Snap On truck for a little help & he ran inside, slamming the garage door. How rude! Finally, another customer helped me by backing my Jeep out so I could get to the door.
Wonderful people!!! Very friendly staff. I was traveling and needed an inexpensive tire in a hurry and they took VERY GOOD care of us!!! Got us back on the road!!! Thank you all VERY MUCH!!! If we're ever in WV and find ourselves in need of another tire we will DEFINITELY get it from you!!!
