Rip off shop. Same prices as a dealer, but these guys cut corners.
Great people here, and they always get you back up and running.
They are very nice and honest about what needs to be done- I'm no mechanic but can usually tell when someone is trying to bs me. Whenever I need work done or a part replaced, they'll take me out and show me exactly what it is without talking down to me or anything. I'm a regular customer, though I only come in sporadically, and they know I am on a tight budget. Once in a while when my truck needs more than I'd bargained for, they will just charge me for the part and not the labor. And the prices are fair otherwise.
BAD customer service will cost you customers and it cost 10 times as much to bring in a new customer as to keep one. So much for my lifetime value to Bailey's Auto Repair, it just reached the end of it's life.
As always quick, competent service at a reasonable price.
My car was refereed to them with a diagnosis of a bad wheel bearing in the RIGHT front wheel. The order was written up to replace bad wheel bearing in RIGHT front wheel..yep, you got it, they changed the left one, said the previous two mechanics and I were completely wrong about which bearing was bad. Did they make it right when I took it back to them? No, now they say what is wrong with my car is the tires...
They also assured my sister she needed parts replaced on her AC, about $300 worth of them, she refused, took it to another garage and all it needed was charged.
