2nd visit to the Beckley location, different reps on each visit. Both times rep was knowledgeable and efficient. Second visit involved service regarding a stolen phone, I know Richard was paying attention because he he recognized my phone when someone tried to activate it...great job guys!
5 stars if you're there to buy something.... But if verizon already has you on the hook and you need help with something they just say "sorry I don't know" and put you on the phone with verizon while you're sitting in the store. Save your gas and just call verizon if you're having a problem, because the store is clueless unless your giving them more money.
I added 1 GB of data for my plan, now I am trying to download a music video that's taking forever, it's been 10 minutes and it's still downloading!!
