Said my package was delivered and was not. They absolutely blow.
They said my package was delivered today at 1:15pm but I never received it. I've been home all day and nothing.. I called and someone was Supposed to call me back and 4 hours later I'm still waiting!!! The thing is if they can t find it then I'm out of my money and my product!!!
I've used UPS for years and always liked their service but just lately, the drivers can't seem to find my house. Strange how in the age of online maps and GPS they can't find places as easily as they could back in the "old days."
The driver said my address did not exist. I've been living here FOUR YEARS!! I have had packages here before. If he doesn't want to do his job, there are lots of people who would be happy to have it. I called customer service and the lady said I was making up the address, that it was not real!!!! What is wrong with you people? If you don't want to do your jobs, quit and go elsewhere. If it weren't for customers, you would have NO JOBS!!!!
Whoever my new driver is he is getting on my nerves. This is the second time he has deliver my package and stuck it right in the grass when I have a porch to kept it out of the weather.
