Traveling to Virginia Beach. Stopped in Beckley for the night. Pizza, Sicilian sub and antipasto salad were excellent.
Wife: chicken salad 4/5 pleasantly surprised
I understand being super busy , but relay that to your customers placing an order. I ordered at 7:55 pm on a Sunday and got my food after 9:30 pm. At 9:00 pm I called and the lady said my pizza was just now coming out of the oven, an hour after I ordered, and that she wished the guy that took my order would've told me how many orders were ahead of me, I guess there were 5 or 6, but he told me " just a couple in front of you and it'll be about 45 minutes". All the lady did was offer to take off the price of our two liter. The only positive is that the guy was apologetic and the pizza was hot, but smaller than we ordered (we ordered a medium and got a small!) . He gave us cash and coins for the two liter refund when he got here. Very disappointed !
I have always loved Gino's, I grew up eating at the one on Oceana. This was my first and last experience with the Harper road one. Our food was nasty. The pizza barely had cheese on it. We ordered it, pick up and after a 20 min drive home, I will not go back. I posted a pic of the pizza.
Husband: spaghetti 3/5 nothing special. Wings
Daughter: spaghetti with meat balls 3/5 she liked it
We are out of town'ers and we stopped here for a quick bit. It was good. Nothing is going to blow you away but it's pretty good stuff. It filled up my family and my kids were happy. The chicken salad was surprisingly good and the wings where nice and crunchy.
Son: cheese pizza 4/5 he really liked it
