Got here at 12:30. Still here at 2:18. All I want is a damn registration card updated. They have went from D628-D630 and I'm D635. Un freaking believeable.
Waited in line go forms to fill out ,7min. Back in line 5mins.got a number! Now its 12:16 at 1:46 we got called to window…the go to pic. Area ..finally out of there! Other people after we came in went well before us? Very slow ,why doesn't numbers work?
OMG, these employees, including supervisors, are from HE'LL. I've never been so insulted, papers thrown at me across the counter, sassy mouth, disrespectful, and nasty. These employees need customer service training, FAST!!!
Patricia was extremely rude. She has no idea how to properly do her job and lied straight to my face. Not helpful and has a horrific attitude. Just save the hassle and go to Charleston.
The blonde woman that works here ( not sure of her name, but she was working at the driving tests section) needs to lose her job. She's so disrespectful. First of all I was given the wrong number so I was waiting for about an hour and a half to be called. The first woman I spoke with (Nice lady) forgot to put one of my bills back in the paperclip, so I was waiting in line, my turn was next and the blonde woman skipped right over me and help another young man. When she finally decided it was my turn she never made eye contact with me and told me she couldn't help me and it wasn't her problem that I lost my bill. After that, she refused to talk to me. This dmv needs to reevaluate their staff. Don't go here. So unorganized and RUDE.
