Great service. I don't know what the negative reviews were talking about.
The staff was friendly and courteous. The items were cleaned well and on time.
Order was placed as a rush alteration, clean and press for an event. Warrenizing did not have my articles ready by the due date despite multiple advance reminders. Worst part is that the alterations were done incorrectly. Staff is very rude and is not accountable for their errors. Beware their bad attitude and poor service.
Would definitely use them again.
Dropped off two items for alterations/repairs. One--a simple seam repair--was promised for a two week turnaround while the other--a zipper replacement--promised up to four weeks because the seamstress was "backed up". Both jobs took NINE weeks. Then, several weeks later when I first tried to wear the item which needed a seam repaired, its zipper wouldn't work at all. I had never had an issue with its zipper before leaving it there; if so, I would've had it replaced also. So then I had to send it out for zipper replacement at additional cost because it "wasn't their fault". Weird things happen but I find this strange.
