I directly disagree with the above review. The employees were impressively professional and helpful throughout my visit. I was seen in 5 minutes, given options for my bill, and treated with genuine care throughout. Everyone was helpful, concerned, and personable. The staff even made special arrangements for a most convenient return to my hotel. I could not be more impressed with MedExpress as an urgent care facility. They truly excel in both professional and personal realms, and I would recommend them to anyone, especially to patrons visiting from out of town. They made a most unfortunate and difficult situation quite manageable!
3 out of 3 last visits have been the wrong diagnosis. They are wuick I give them that but the nurses know more then the "doctors" if you can even call them that!!
Took my daughter there and they said she had a cold. She got worse I took her to the er and she had the flu..
The first few visits went OK (minor acute illnesses) but my nightmare began when I needed a physical for my university. After paying for and having my physical and blood work performed, they were instructed to mail the physical form to my school (5 mins away). Over a week passed and my physical was MIA. Every time I called to express my concerns, I received the same answer- it had been mailed. On the date that my physical was due at the university, I visited the MedExpress office to get a copy of my physical form to hand-deliver with permission to the school since they failed to do so. To my disbelief, my physical form was LOST and no copies were on file at the office. It is unknown where my personal health information was sent. I had no other choice but to have another physical performed at the last minute as well as a PPD test that was listed on the physical form that they failed to administer during the first visit. The male physician that performed my first physical was intoxicated, mentally unstable or simply did not care to perform the necessary tests. Despite the few good visits, this place is an absolute, negligent wreck. DO NOT GO HERE. They almost cost me two years of hard work to be accepted into the program. I will not be taking any more risks to my health as well as my career by visiting this office in the future.
Went in for a pink eye all,I needed was an antibiotic. I saw a lot of people in the waiting room; so I asked if there would be above normal wait time. I was told no we would be seen quickly. After three and a half hours of waiting and still not seeing a doctor I asked again if we were close to being seen. I was told and possibly 40 minutes to two hours more that is not being seen quickly. I made an appointment with my normal position the next day and was in and out in 30 minutes I will try very hard not to have to go to med Express again they could have just been honest to begin with and not wasted my time.
