Tried to set up an appointment with them for a service and the customer service representative was rude and not helpful. They never confirmed the appointment with me and had me guessing if they were actually going to show up. Ending up arriving late to the appointment but the representative they sent out was nice, that is why the review was increased due to the service representatives friendly nature.
Delivery men blew my outlet whiile replacing refrigerator doors they dented on the initial delivery. Parts were left in the middle of my floor, they didn't turn the water back on and I had to pay for an electrician. Store managers are so rude I am going through corporate, the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau.
Employee help get 25 sheets plywood and other stuff for building then he got another employee to load on pick with forklift very skilled on forklift
Employees are very friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well organized.
After purchasing our tile we were told that it would be 20 days until it could be delivered. Needing to get it installed sooner, three days after we purchased it, we took two vehicles to pick it up. We knew it would take two trips. We waited over forty minutes the first trip. Hoping to avoid that on the second trip we asked that the rest be ready upon our return. We were assured that it would be. The second time we waited an hour! To beat it all there were three delivery trucks sitting empty in the parking lot all afternoon. Horrible customer service.
