Rude GM and most of the employees. Store in Beckley is very disorganized with product seemingly thrown on the shelves, and floors extremely dirty. Fayetteville store is much better organized and VERY clean.
Had to wait in line about 10 minutes to check out.
Be ready to pay 7 cents on tax at this store or any other in beckley
Love the fact that I can get hundreds of products for $1. The only problem is they are usually short-staffed and have long lines during busy hours
The Dollar Tree used to be one of my favorite places to shop but I rarely have time to visit anymore. My last visit was in April and the store was a mess. It looked as if they weren't paying anyone to straighten the merchandise, and things were strewn everywhere with hardly anything on the proper pegs. After searching for 20 minutes, I had trouble finding an item (coin wrappers) and the only employee I saw was the cashier who I would not ask to leave her register for any reason. She told me where the item should be and it still took me 10 minutes to find a box that had one or two bags of penny wrappers when I really needed nickel, quarter, and dime wrappers. How can the employees make good orders if this store is in such disarray?
