I'm leaving a bad review because my couch has been messed up 4 times. They came and fixed it the first time and gave me a loaner. This time they are telling me I have to go a we without a couch. All of a sudden they don't give out loaner couches.. But they did the first time my couch was messed up. So how's that work?. Whatever they list my business.

I am extremely dispointed with,them dont buy the extended warranty because they don't stand behind it,, and if you complain about the service company they send to your home,, instead of caring or respecting you're thought , they treat you like you don't know what you talking about,,
