If I could give this place no stars and still be able to post I would. I ordered the Violets and Butterflies bouquet for my mother-in-law for Mothers day for 44.95 (that was just for the plant, bow, and basket, and quaint little purple butterfly...not including the servicing fee for 23.99. It will become clear why I post the price.)So Mother's Day comes and I get the message that she received her plant. I came unglued when I saw the picture. Not only did they not provide violets. They didn't even attempt to make a reasonable substitution. Instead she got what looked like a ditch weed with a funeral bow and a giant butterfly to hide the empty space. She even showed it to another local florist who asked why we sent her weeds! I called the Teleflora to complain(ya they are getting a rating too) they offered me 30% off my next purchase! I stated I wanted them to fix this and offer a reasonable substitution. Instead my mother-in-law called the company who sent the flowers to say how sad she was it wasn't what I wanted for her. They said with taxes and everything, for $40 that was the substitution(see above comment for what was the actual amount. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. See Nancy's instead!
