We use this location for our business. They are always very accommodating even with the tallest of customer orders. The vehicles they provide are well taken care of and the newest of models. I personally habe used them for my own rental needs and they did everything possible to help me out with a vehicle that did not change my daily needs. The staff is very nice and professional.
Gave us the car empty "no gas" and was really pushy the car is really really small.

Enterprise was very patient with me when I had to modify my reservation multiple times. The vehicle was amazing and the customer service from Julian, who picked us up was outstanding! Julian made conversation with us from our pick up location to the Enterprise location in Beckley. We talked the whole way; from where we were all from, where we were going and even talk about hiking destinations at Twin Falls. The only real issue that I had with the service that I received from Enterprise was the punctuality of the scheduled pick up (we used the pick up service). It was set for 10:00am, we were not picked up until 11:40am. Normally this wouldn't have been a problem, but we were on a very tight deadline (Beckley being almost 1 hour away and having to be in NC by 4). Once we got to Enterprise on Harper Road the paperwork was nothing and we wereally out the door and on the road by 12:44pm. Overall, I would still give them 5 stars!!!
