I like the food but the wait and service is terrible. I've been waiting for a carry out nearly an hour, same experience last time I dined in.
Definitely set at the bar if Eric your bartender. ...he's awesome
Appalling. Unpalatable. This doesn't only involve the food. My grandfather has gotten food poising twice from your ribs. That's got to say something. Also , I've heard that one of your star employees (I will not use her name , so I'll use the first letter of her name) has been discharged for no logical reason. Let me inform you on something. If there has been complaints that she was supposed to close up , she has informed another staff member that she wouldn't be able to. She has a child that she takes care of independently and it is difficult. She doesn't even want this job back anymore because she's been ridiculed for far too long. I mean honestly. I hope you take this into consideration.
Food was excellent but service was a little slow but overall a good experience
The restaurant was out of basically everything we tried to order. The rolls and the quality of service were decent despite the issues with the meals we ordered. Another problem was that it took nearly 20 minutes for our waitress to inform us that they didn’t have what we initially ordered. When our replacement food arrived, two of the meals (sirloin and chopped steak) were decent while the other sirloin was very salty and didn’t taste that great. I have had much better experiences at other Logan Roadhouses and I can’t recommend eating at this specific restaurant.
